Eligibility Criteria
For Primary Teacher (Class 1–5)
- Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 50% marks
- D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) or B.El.Ed
- Valid UPTET Paper I or CTET Paper I certificate
For Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6–8)
- Graduation with at least 50% marks in relevant subject
- B.Ed from a recognized institution
- Valid UPTET Paper II or CTET Paper II certificate
Selection Process
Selection is based on merit — marks obtained in academic qualifications and TET score. There is no written examination for this recruitment.
Merit Calculation:
- High School (10th): 10% weightage
- Intermediate (12th): 10% weightage
- Graduation: 10% weightage
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed: 10% weightage
- TET Score: 60% weightage (UPTET/CTET)
Salary
- Pay Level 7: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 per month
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
- Additional benefits: DA, HRA, Medical Allowance
